@Stoori Isn't mämmi kind of an Easter thing?
It's good though, I would definitely eat it on a more regular basis if getting the right type of flour was easier here.

@anarchiv yea, it's an easter food. but it's easier to do in big batches, and nobody can eat that much mämmi in a short time, so i put some of it in the freezer (and it only gets better in the freezer). and whenever there's a carton of cream going bad soon, i take some mämmi out of the freezer to eat the cream away :P
should i send you some proper mämmi malts?

Malts? You use malt?

@anarchiv yea it's basically rye flour and rye malt and that's it. you can use beer malt too as long as it's rye, but they're usually coarser and give a bit different consistency.

@Stoori Hmm... I wonder if I could get that here. I very much doubt that the local brewery uses any rye, otherwise I'd ask them.
